5 course Feast at River Cottage
It’s my absolutely pleasure to join River Cottage HQ to celebrate the launch of ‘Eat Green’ on Friday 13th March for a 5 course feast.
Join me and the River Cottage team for a feast that celebrates British grown produce with recipe influences from around the world. With just 64 tickets available, this promises to be an intimate and special evening. I will welcome you all to the event with a seasonal cocktail and canapes in the cosy wood fired yurt at River Cottage.
Dinner will be served in their stunning 18th century threshing barn where I will share news of my latest projects, revealing more about the journey behind my new book and discussing the philosophy that runs throughout my work. I will be joined by River Cottage Executive Head Chef Gelf Alderson and Head Chef Dom Moldenhauer who will introduce our menu. You will enjoy a feast of multiple courses based on recipes from ‘Eat Green’ which focuses on delicious veg as well as meat, fish and dairy.
Coffee and petits fours will be served before the evening draws to a close and the tractor and trailer will whisk you back up the farm track.
This will be my 7th trip down to cook at River Cottage and I’m chuffed to have the co-founder Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall give me a lovely book cover quote for Eat Green and his thumbs up support.
