Cooking with Wasted Food

Last week, I cooked for the residents and staff of the Single Homeless Charity (my old neighbours in Camden). The lunch was made from perfectly good rescued food that was destined for the bin but saved by the fabulous team at the Felix Project. I was joined in the kitchen by my friends David Morrissey (a volunteer for FELIX PROJECT) and chef Melek Erdal.

If you’d like to consider giving a few hours of your time to volunteer with this amazing team, please click HERE.

Thanks for these pics Gary Hamill.
