Cooking with Wasted Food
Last week, I cooked for the residents and staff of the Single Homeless Charity (my old neighbours in Camden). The lunch was made from perfectly good rescued food that was destined for the bin but saved by the fabulous team at the Felix Project. I was joined in the kitchen by my friends David Morrissey (a volunteer for FELIX PROJECT) and chef Melek Erdal.
