[…] My fourth cookbook *EAT GREEN* is out now! I am so happy to see it hit the shelves and your kitchen counters too and have been absolutely overjoyed to see so many of you making the recipes already. I can already see the *Tahini Choc Chip Cookies* are a massive favourite. I really couldn’t have brought this book to life without you all getting behind it so THANK YOU to each and every one of you! I also want to say a massive thank you to everyone who helped bring this book to life; Philippa Langley, Kitty Coles, Stephanie Mcleod, Saskia Sidey, Linda Berlin, Sarah Bennie, Sarah Malcolm, Found entertainment and of course everyone at Ebury for believing in my passion for planet friendly eating. And to all my friends who recipe tested and everyone who put love into Eat Green. I feel hugely lucky to have such a wonderful support system.  *EAT GREEN* is 100 easy, delicious & simple flexitarian recipes for planet-friendly eating. But what does that even mean?! It means getting the most out of all of your ingredients, cutting right back on waste, eating with the seasons, enjoying a greater variety of veg & collectively helping us reduce our impact on the planet.
