I had so much fun cooking lunch for Jamie Oliver‘s fantastic team to celebrate *EAT GREEN* on Monday! On the menu was my Syrian-Style Carrot Lentil Soup with za’atar whipped feta piled high with garlic broccoli, spinach and herbs. We finished off with my freshly baked Tahini Choc Chip Cookies.
