Green Spiced Yoghurt Dip





Fresh and cooling, this herb-studded yoghurt dip makes a summery pre-supper snack. Serve with a selection of fresh veg or your favourite crackers.


  1. Place all the dip ingredients in a blender. Pulse until combined.
  2. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and scatter with chilli flakes, to serve.


  • Yoghurt dip
  • 1 small handful dill (leaves and stems)
  • 1 large handful mint leaves (not stems)
  • 100g yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Chilli flakes
  • 200g feta cheese or cream cheese
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
To Serve
  • A mixture of fresh crudites (cherry tomatoes, radicchio, colourful carrots, radishes, cucumbers)
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Chilli flakes
