This week, I was honoured to spend a fantastic day cooking for Love Food Hate Waste, with the ladies of the Hubb Community Kitchen, who came together in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower fire, to cook fresh food for their families and neighbours. Joining me, were chefs Anna Jones, Thomasina Miers, Skye Gyngell, Tom Hunt, Angela Hartnett & Merlin Labron-Johnson.
We spent the day together for Love Food Hate Waste at the V&A Museum for the new UK food waste pledge. We made 600 potato fritters, with peels and all and with a lovely chilli herb stalk chutney!
