My Tips for Body Confidence

I’m always up for talks about “Body Confidence”.  My top tip is to try with all your might to avoid the comparison traps. Notice the beauty in others but see the beauty in you. Be BEAUTIFUL you. Work out what makes you tick, what makes you happy and what makes you feel like YOU.
