Corn with feta, chilli & chives

An easy, crowd-pleasing BBQ side.

METHOD

Put the corn directly on the grill of the BBQ and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every so often, until charred and tender. Transfer to a serving plate and top with crumbled feta, chilli and chives.



INGREDIENTS

4 corn on the cob

100g feta or another salty cheese

Big pinch of chilli flakes

Bunch of chives, finely chopped
