Greek-style new potato salad
I love adding warm potatoes to Greek salad as they soak up the dressing and delicious tomato juices. Give it a try with the recipe below, I hope you love it!
METHOD
To make the dressing, whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chop the feta, vegetables and herbs.
Toss the vegetables, olives, herbs and dressing together in a large serving dish.
Finish by scattering over the feta, sprinkling extra oregano over the top to serve.
